I stayed here for two months in corporate housing. The staff were very nice & on top of things, especially Andrew & Amanda. Great location. Close to great places to eat like the Hudson House. Very large apartment for one bedroom unit.

It’s been a great experience living in this community. We lived there for 2 years. I really appreciate the staff(especially Meghan and Amanda) for supporting and cooperating when we had problems with neighbors. I recommended our community to so many of my friends but unfortunately there was no availability when they wanted move in. I will keep recommending to other people.

AVE, that’s what we call our HOME! We recently moved from a different state to Texas and AVE is the best decision we took in the overall transition. This is an amazing community with great amenities and the best people! Be it leasing team or maintenance team, everyone works their best to accommodate anything to make tenants/future tenants feel safe and secured. Our movement from a different state was really chaotic but AVE team made sure we are not bothered by anything prior, during and after the movement. I would like to thank each and everyone from AVE team for making us feel home! We are really glad to be a part of this and we love living in AVE!

My spouse and I recently relocated from Australia to Dallas. We stayed temporarily at AVE for our first 2 months and enjoyed it. The staff is really kind, helpful and very quick to respond. The residence is quiet, we enjoyed the pool very much as well as the gym. Our apartment was nicely furnished, it had a comfy bed and a fast internet connection. And last but not least, special shout out to Andrew!

I absolutely loved living at Ave Las Colinas! The apartment complex is right at the Center of DFW! Ave Las Colinas has a great location, community and team behind them! Andrew and Meghan always plan events to get the community together from holidays to game days, and even hosting cook-outs by the pool! I’m going to miss morning hot girl walks to starbies, and I’m sure my pup will miss his friends at the dog park. Thank you for everything!!

Toured the community for the first time. And it was AWESOME. The amenities are great, the apartments are large and incredibly well maintained, and the members of the leasing team were extremely professional and polite. Special thanks to Keosha, who patiently showed me the entire community, answered all my questions and gave me a really good feeling about making AVE my new home.

I was on a work trip from the UK and stayed at AVE Las Colinas for 6 weeks. The apartment was spacious, clean and new. Very comfortable bed and seating areas. Had all the amenities available - Dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The shower and bathroom were fine with plenty of towels available and the walk in wardrobe was a bonus. The battery on the smoke alarm triggered while I was there, but Andrew very promptly resolved the issue and arranged for the battery to be replaced. The location was great...just a short Uber ride to a wide range of great restaurants. Access to the pool and gym gave a great opportunity to relax after work and at the weekends It was perfect for my needs and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Update: I'd like to let the management know that Mandatory Spectrum service is a nightmare. Connection is not very reliable and pretty slow. I liked my service with Frontier but at the last renewal, you've introduced $70 Mandatory Fee for Spectrum TV+Internet. I don't watch TV and my internet was $50 so I just considered $20 as rent increase. PLEASE STOP THAT TECHNOLOGY FEE SO WE CAN CHOOSE OUR OWN SERVICE. It’s been a little over one year with Ave Las Colinas. All staff members are awesome. David is great at taking care of maintenance issues, Andrew always carefully listens and help resolving issues. Meghan made process of application and renewal so easy for me. I am happy to have such a great team. Also we have the perfect location. Highway 161 and 114 is just outside of the apartment complex and the Starbucks is in walking distance.
